Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager AMS to plan, manage, and supervise the operations and financial performance of our AMS department. This role involves overseeing multiple implementation projects, managing a team, ensuring high-quality project execution, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


  • Project Supervision and Support:
    • Oversee and support several implementation projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and meet quality standards.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage a group of employees, including disciplinary leadership and development in accordance with our Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) processes.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    • Ensure quality adherence in project execution and procedures, maintaining excellent customer care.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage large and complex projects, including project control and execution.
  • Sales and Profit Responsibility:
    • Participate in sales preparations, proposal submissions, and cost estimation for new work or change requests.
    • Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities, ensuring economic project management.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department by sharing knowledge and information through regular team meetings and updates on internal team pages.
  • Escalation Management:
    • Handle client relationships, keeping sponsors and stakeholders informed to facilitate decision-making. Resolve conflicts and conduct difficult conversations and negotiations effectively.


  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in large and complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Sales acumen with experience in sales preparation, proposal writing, and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of projects and ensure economic management.
  • Strong communication skills for sharing knowledge and information within the team.
  • Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
