Assurance Lead
UK wide - hybrid - London office

The Assurance Lead will be responsible for leading the Assurance function across all projects and programmes, on one of the largest global multi-cloud digital transformations with all the newest cloud technologies. Working closely with the Head of Strategic Portfolio and Head of Internal Audit and Risk to implement effective Assurance frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure effective assurance frameworks and policies to support an effective process of programme and project management.
• Work closely with the governance team.
• Lead assurance activities for all Strategic Portfolio activities.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions or remediation actions.

Requirements are:

• 5+ years in a similar role within a complex global business
• Proven track record of delivering audits and/or assurance 
• Experience in managing large programmes in both Waterfall and Agile environments
• Good understanding of project methodologies, audit delivery and practices
