On behalf of one of our strongest clients, I am searching for SAP BASIS engineers / developers / consultants to join a long-term support project.

Contract: 12 months + extension
Location: Remote
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Support Consultant to join a large SAP RISE project.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP BASIS support
• Monitor SAP systems and events
• Handle system errors and issues
• Manage and resolve support tickets
• Log and manage incidents
• Troubleshoot BASIS issues
• Escalate complex issues to the L3 team
• Support SAP HANA Database
• Work as part of a 24/7 support team

Requirements

• 5–7 years of SAP BASIS experience
• Strong SAP BASIS support experience
• Experience with SAP RISE
• Experience with event/system monitoring
• Experience with incident and ticket handling
• Experience with SAP HANA Database
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment
