About the Role
Our client, in the manufacturing construction industry who is operating in a complex manufacturing and services environment, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer to support an upcoming system transformation and long-term internal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), primarily focused on migrating from CAL to AL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Service modules to deliver tailored system improvements.
• Engage with business stakeholders and HR for solution alignment and project prioritization.
• Take ownership of development deliverables for complex business processes and system integrations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven expertise in both C/AL and AL development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Service modules within BC.
• Experience working in complex environments and delivering scalable ERP solutions within Business Central.
• Open to being onsite 1 day per week in Bavaria.
• German language required.
