Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – HCM and Payroll (IT)

Contract Duration: 24 month contract
Location: Kuwait (Onsite, 5 days per week – Non-Negotiable)
Start Date: ASAP


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes related to Human Capital Management (HCM) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. This includes areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and payroll.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, define objectives, and act as a liaison between HR and IT, translating business needs into technical system requirements.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle EBS R12/Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure smooth and accurate system operations.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff on the usage and functionality of HCM systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to manage system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor system usability, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.
  • Manage projects by creating detailed project plans, setting timelines, allocating resources, and tracking progress to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in all system processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HCM Business Analyst, specifically with Oracle EBS R12 HCM.
  • Experience with HCM Cloud solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is required.
  • Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law and VAT is a plus.

Professional Certifications (Preferred):

  • IIBA, IREB, ISCB, or PMI certifications in business analysis.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is advantageous.
