We are seeking an experienced Freelance CE Technical Solution Architect to join our client's team for an exciting long-term project in the energy sector. This is a 2-year contract role, with the expectation of being onsite in Stockholm for 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement technical solutions for Customer Engagement (CE) platforms, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, focusing on customer satisfaction and system optimization.
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and translate them into scalable, sustainable CE solutions.
Ensure the integration of systems and platforms across multiple environments and stakeholders.
Deliver presentations and training sessions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain documentation for technical solutions and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Support the client in the long-term evolution of the CE platform, offering strategic advice and continual optimization as well as provide guidance to offshore teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in technical architecture and solution design, with a specific focus on Power Platform (PP).
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, implementation, and customization.
Deep knowledge of integration methods and techniques, including both cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
Proven experience in project management and technical leadership, managing teams and overseeing project delivery.
Understanding of the energy sector, and the ability to translate industry-specific needs into actionable technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
Availability to work onsite 3 days per week in Stockholm for the duration of the project.
