They are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead this transition and drive effective adoption across the organization.
Job Overview
As the SAP S/4 HANA Change Manager, you will manage change for this key SAP project, implementing strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the organization. This role calls for strong communication skills, in-depth change management expertise, and experience with SAP transformations, ideally in a non-profit or NGO setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the SAP S/4 HANA project.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and support stakeholders at all levels, fostering understanding and adoption of new systems and processes.
- Training & Communication: Develop and deliver training programs and clear communications to ease the transition.
- Change Readiness & Resistance Management: Assess readiness, address resistance, and create a supportive environment for change.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs to measure progress, regularly updating leadership on outcomes and adjustments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Organizational Development, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in change management, with a focus on ERP/SAP transformations.
- Certifications: Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and adaptability.
