About the Role

Infrastructure department is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Server / Cloud Administrator to support infrastructure development and ensure optimal performance across our global IT operations. This role will be within the Production Excellence team, focusing on IT infrastructure maintenance, security, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management (60%) – Manage requests, incidents, alerts, and reporting.
• Active Directory Outsourcing Management (10%) – Oversee changes and administration.
• PAM Solutions Administration (10%) – Maintain and upgrade WALLIX Bastion solutions.
• Infrastructure Support (20%) – Assist Platform and Delivery teams in upskilling and troubleshooting.

Technical Expertise Required

• Windows / Nutanix / VMWare / Azure / AWS – Hybrid cloud administration.
• Active Directory & IAM – Expert in user rights management, GPO, and Entra ID.
• Security & Compliance – Monitor IT security protocols, certificate management, and DNS.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Zabbix, Backup, and Storage reporting remediation.
• Automation & Scripting – Strong experience with PowerShell, AFS, and File System management.

Additional Information

• On-Call Duty: 1 week every 8 weeks (7 p.m.–8 a.m. weekdays / 24/7 weekends).

• International Collaboration: Fluency in English required for global interactions.
