Next Ventures are partnered with a European public sector client. We are seeking an Expert Product Owner to support the onboarding of IT tools, align procedures, and define business requirements.
Long term multi-year Freelance/Contract
Circa 80% Remote with infrequent visits to site in Brussels.
Candidates must be European Passport Holders to be eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in integrating IT tools - Systems Operations.
Align and refine procedures with new IT system requirements.
Review administrative and financial processes, proposing updates to match IT systems.
Provide input on business requirements, facilitate user training, and ensure effective knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and prioritize new functionalities.
Oversee agile processes, prioritize product backlogs, and manage user stories.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise-level IT systems, agile methodologies, and business analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Owner (mandatory); PMP, PRINCE2, PM2, or ITIL
