Next Ventures are partnered with a European public sector client. We are seeking an Expert Product Owner to support the onboarding of IT tools, align procedures, and define business requirements.

• Long term multi-year Freelance/Contract
• Circa 80% Remote with infrequent visits to site in Brussels.
• Candidates must be European Passport Holders to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in integrating IT tools - Systems Operations.
• Align and refine procedures with new IT system requirements.
• Review administrative and financial processes, proposing updates to match IT systems.
• Provide input on business requirements, facilitate user training, and ensure effective knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and prioritize new functionalities.
• Oversee agile processes, prioritize product backlogs, and manage user stories.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise-level IT systems, agile methodologies, and business analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Owner (mandatory); PMP, PRINCE2, PM2, or ITIL
