Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled VMware Engineer to manage virtualization infrastructure, deploy solutions, and provide technical support. This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining VMware environments to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, and other virtualization platforms.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot VMware environments to ensure system stability and availability.
  • Design and implement virtualized solutions for servers, storage, and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VMware with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Perform capacity planning and optimize virtual environments for performance.
  • Implement disaster recovery solutions and ensure high availability configurations.
  • Manage virtual machines, resource allocation, and load balancing within VMware clusters.
  • Document configuration settings, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for VMware environments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in VMware administration and engineering.
  • Proficiency in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server.
  • Experience with virtual networking concepts (NSX) and storage technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with scripting for automation (PowerCLI, Bash, or Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
