My customer are searching for a CRM system expert with experience in evaluation and selection of a new CRM system.
We require someone who has been in the CRM space for a while and has had clear experience helping customers in a request for proposal and selection of a system. Ideally having experience in Salesforce, MS Dynamics and Oracle systems.
We expect the person to help with:
Readiness assessment: helping decide if the time is right to invest or if optimising current software would be more cost-effective
Mapping of existing processes to identify friction and potential productivity gains; giving vendors crucial context into your business
Defining future state vision and goals
Requirements gathering, prioritisation and documentation
Team and stakeholder engagement to ensure consensus is achieved and new solutions are well adopted
RFP and bid process management
This is a remote working contract role but may require some cross European travel
