Join a rapidly growing global agricultural company operating across 20+ countries. They are seeking a Dynamics CRM Consultant on a contract basis to support Sales and Customer Service teams by enhancing CRM functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM to support sales and customer service operations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to understand requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into sales performance and customer interactions.
• Support data quality initiatives including data cleansing, migration, and integration with other business systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to enhance adoption and efficiency.
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of CRM add-ons or third-party tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM specialist, preferably in Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, business process automation, and system integrations.
• Experience with reporting tools and analytics within Dynamics CRM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in agricultural, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
