Description:

My customer is a global customer in the manufacturing industry with huge presence across Europe. They're looking for a Technical developer with extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV or Business Central to work on a long-term cloud migration project.

Job Overview:

As a D365 NAV Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly known as NAV) solutions for their D365 solutions. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to deliver customized solutions that meet their clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements in D365 Business Central.
• Technical Analysis: Conduct technical analysis sessions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between D365 Business Central and other systems and applications.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, assist in system testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing D365 Business Central implementations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation related to development, customizations, and integrations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a complex project with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Strong understanding of the D365 Business Central architecture and data model.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and other related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Languages:  English is required.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or similar certification.
