Title: D365 CRM Architect – Customer Engagement & Power Power Platform
Location: Remote (Poland or Spain)

We are working with a client looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with a strong focus on Power Apps, to join the team and play a key role in designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end solutions. This is a Power Platform-heavy role (60% Power Apps, 40% D365 Customer Engagement), ideal for someone who can combine technical excellence with a strong understanding of business processes.
Architect and design scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Develop, enhance, and maintain system integrations with external systems.
Modify and optimise existing integrations and applications as business needs evolve.
Engage with stakeholders to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional technical solutions.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams and business users.
Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and performance.
Proven experience as a Solution or Technical Architect within the Microsoft Power Platform and D365 CE space.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Power Pages / Power Portals
Dataverse
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
Excellent understanding of integration methods (APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Custom Connectors).
Strong business acumen with the ability to map processes into effective digital solutions.
English-speaking with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience working in remote/distributed teams.
Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
Experience with Agile methodologies.
