Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months (with extension)

Location: Remote + 1 day a week in Brussels
 

Role Overview:
The client is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant with expertise in D365 Customer Service and, preferably, Field Service. The consultant will lead functional aspects of the implementation and provide subject matter expertise to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Dynamics 365 CE Functional Lead for Customer Service and Field Service implementations.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging D365 functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Preferable experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Strong understanding of functional consulting in D365 implementations.
• Language skills: Proficiency in French and English is mandatory; Dutch is a plus.
