D365 CRM Technical Developer

We are seeking a skilled D365 CRM Technical Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, showcasing a strong ability to design, develop, and implement custom solutions to meet our business needs.
Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Modify existing applications and integrate third-party systems as required.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
System Integration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications, using APIs and middleware.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system. Assist in data migration and cleansing efforts.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of customizations, configurations, and technical processes for reference and training purposes.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support them in utilizing CRM functionalities effectively.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and recommend enhancements to improve business processes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 of experience in D365 CRM development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
