D365 CRM Technical Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled D365 CRM Technical Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, showcasing a strong ability to design, develop, and implement custom solutions to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Customization: Design, develop, and implement custom CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Modify existing applications and integrate third-party systems as required.

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

  • System Integration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications, using APIs and middleware.

  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM system. Assist in data migration and cleansing efforts.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of customizations, configurations, and technical processes for reference and training purposes.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support them in utilizing CRM functionalities effectively.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and recommend enhancements to improve business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 of experience in D365 CRM development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
    • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
    • Familiarity with Azure services and SQL Server.
    • Knowledge of CRM customization tools (e.g., plugins, workflows, JavaScript).
  • Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
