About Us: We're working with a global logistics company currently upgrading from AX 2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). 

We are currently seeking a skilled D365 F&O Application Consultant to join our dynamic team.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client needs and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Customization and Integration: Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and extensions to meet specific client requirements using D365 F&O development tools and frameworks.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and able to leverage its full capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver successful projects and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to D365 F&O, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to D365 F&O, and proactively recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail. Proficiency in D365 F&O development tools, such as X++, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business processes and best practices in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and retail industries.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
