Job Description: D365 F&O Developer
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Onsite 2-3 days per week)
 

Are you a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Developer with a passion for creating robust ERP solutions? Join our innovative online retail company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and play a pivotal role in shaping our business processes. With a growing engineering team of 20, we’re looking for a dedicated developer to take ownership of our D365 F&O development and integration efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary D365 F&O developer, designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to gather and refine requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, integrations, and extensions within D365 F&O.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing implementations to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Ensure smooth integration between D365 F&O and other business systems, including third-party tools and platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all customizations and configurations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O developments, features, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a D365 F&O developer, with hands-on expertise in customization, extensions, and integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of X++ programming language, D365 F&O modules, and system architecture.
  • Proficiency in developing solutions aligned with finance, supply chain, and retail business processes.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control.
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server, database management, and data migration.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Fort Lauderdale 2-3 times per week.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with online retail or e-commerce systems.
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and integrations.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
  • Prior experience in a small-to-medium-sized engineering team.
