D365 F&O Finance Analyst | Hybrid (On-site in New York City) | $140,000 - $150,000 + 15% Bonus
We are seeking a skilled D365 F&O Finance Analyst to join a global retail establishment. This role requires 5-8 years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance and Operations, focusing on implementation, customization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international currency modules in addition to standard F&O finance modules. As an End User of D365 F&O, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the financial operations and reporting capabilities while being the internal SME for the finance side of the ERP once live.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Implementation & Customization:** Lead and support the implementation and customization of D365 F&O finance modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- **Financial Analytics:** Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using D365 tools, providing insights to drive decision-making.
- **International Currency Management:** Oversee and optimize the use of international currency modules, ensuring compliance and accuracy in multi-currency transactions.
- **User Training & Support:** Provide training and support to finance team members on D365 functionalities and best practices.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the finance function using D365.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of financial systems.
- **Documentation:** Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and user guides related to D365 finance modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance and Operations, specifically in implementation and customization.
- Strong experience with international currency modules in D365 F&O.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and data analytics tools within D365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
