Our focus spans industries such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, and professional services. We are looking for an experienced and visionary D365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect who is fluent in Spanish to support enterprise-level projects and lead architectural design across complex business processes.

Role Overview

As a D365 F&O Solution Architect, you will take the lead in defining end-to-end architecture for D365 implementations, upgrades, and integrations. You will work directly with C-level stakeholders and project teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient F&O solutions aligned with client business goals. This is a high-visibility role for a senior expert who can bridge business and technical domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for large-scale D365 F&O projects across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

• Conduct discovery workshops and gather high-level business requirements with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into architectural blueprints and solution design documents.

• Define integration strategies, data migration plans, and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability).

• Guide and review functional/technical specifications, development, and testing activities.

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with Microsoft best practices.

• Mentor consultants and developers, and act as the main point of contact for architectural decisions.

• Collaborate with client IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth system interoperability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O, with at least 3+ years in a Solution Architect role.

• Proven track record of leading multiple full-lifecycle implementations of D365 Finance & Operations.

• Deep knowledge of Finance and/or SCM modules; additional understanding of HR, Retail, or Project Operations is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem components: Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, LCS, DevOps.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to deliver presentations and documentation in Spanish and English.

• Comfortable working remotely in a B2B consulting setup across multiple client engagements in Europe.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and/or SCM Solution Architect Expert.

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, automotive, manufacturing).

• Exposure to Global Rollouts, Localization, and Multi-Entity structures.

• Experience with data governance, security roles, and system performance optimization.
