Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced D365 NAC/BC Functional Support Consultant to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of our D365 NAC/BC system. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, particularly within the context of pharmaceutical manufacturing. You will work closely with various departments to support and enhance our ERP system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional support for the D365 Business Central (BC)/NAV system, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize the D365 BC/NAV system to meet specific business needs within the pharmaceutical manufacturing domain.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Assist in the integration of D365 BC/NAV with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Monitor system performance, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Support data migration and data integrity initiatives, ensuring accurate and consistent data across the system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in D365 BC/NAV and the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Provide end-user support and training, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency and continuous learning.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities to ensure the system remains current and robust.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Support Specialist for D365 Business Central/NAV, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and best practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting D365 BC/NAV.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable.
Work Environment:
- This is a hybrid role, requiring a blend of remote work and on-site presence at our office in the Randstad area.
- Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines and system maintenance windows.
