We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing, developing, and deploying technical solutions that enhance the functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. This role is critical to ensuring the successful implementation and customisation of the system to meet organisational and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy customisations, extensions, and integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O using X++, .NET, and other related technologies.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement technical solutions aligned with best practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations between D365 F&O and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Conduct unit testing and debugging of customisations and integrations to ensure high-quality deliverables and system stability.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of D365 F&O environments, applying updates and patches as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and support manuals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and project managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including X++ programming.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of the D365 F&O data model and architecture.
• Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Visual Studio, and source control tools like Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of financial or supply chain processes and how they translate into technical requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple development tasks in a hybrid work environment.
• English & French speaking is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with regulatory compliance and security standards.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) and its integration with D365 F&O.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
