Team description The application services department manages and develops applications for
Waternet. Within this department, the Solution Customer Services takes care of
the management and development of applications for our clients. Two
teams take care of managing and further developing the drinking water tax application. The latter is the main source of income
of Waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht and Waternet. It is an
application based on Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O and ensures that
Waternet communicates with 1cash to its customers. In addition
teams work closely with other teams within the chain on
optimising the "My environment", the page where customers can submit their
drinking water invoice or water tax assessment can view and pay their
pay and, via self-service, can, for example, object digitally.
