A Stealth mode Start-Up, located out of San Francisco, are currently looking for a Deployment Strategist to join their team as they take their platform to the next level.

The company have created a software platform that identifies inefficiencies, reduces waste and lowers operations costs, when working with clients within the manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and medical space. It is aimed at delivering insights from data lost within the process, that enables their partners to continue to build cars, planes, medical devices, engines etc,

They are backed by Industry leaders and Investors and work with renowned businesses.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, digging into data, and coordinating with internal teams to provide the best possible software implementation process for clients.
• Work with stakeholders and C-Suite in developing strong partner relationships and a deep understanding of their workflows and processes
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing customer
• Work with clients to build customized workflows for new user groups
• Develop a deep understanding of industry-wide and partner-specific sources of data
• Drive internal problem-solving by acting as the partner advocate to deliver innovation
• Work with the engineering team to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline

Qualifications

• STEM related Degree
• Understanding of Data Analytics or Big Data
• 1-5 years in a client/customer facing role
• Consultancy experience
• Worked in a strategy consulting role previously
• Professional experience in one of the following areas: Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automotive, or Automation/Robotics.

This will be onsite in the Bay Area 4 days a week, with some flexibility to 3 days.
