1. Collaborate with the Process Mining COE and functional and tech teams to establish service levels and delivery schedules.
2. Manage end-to-end delivery of solutions from initial concept, planning, estimation, budgeting, project initiation, to execution and closure.
3. Oversee the effective use of the Celonis tool for process mining purposes.
4. Support the COE team in delivering projects utilizing Process Mining methodologies, Celonis software and Novartis best practices.
5. Identify and manage potential risks and handle any issues that may arise within the project.
6. Foster teamwork and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
7. Ensure continuous improvement in project delivery by conducting regular project reviews.
8. Provide regular status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.

1. Experience and proficiency in utilizing Celonis for process mining.
2. Proficient understanding of Process Mining technicalities and methodologies.
3. Familiarity with Project management tools and Agile methodologies.
4. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
5. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
6. Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
7. Understanding the deployment and utilization of the Celonis software for process mining services
