We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM/ CE Technical Architect to join a global financial services company on a completely remote project with the opportunity to be a long term project with the chance to work from anywhere in the world.
You will be responsible for:
Design and develop solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CE)
Create and maintain C# Plug-ins and Azure-based microservices
Work with Azure Data Factory, manage CSV file imports and data exports
Collaborate with customer leadership, business analysts, subject matter experts, and functional leads to gather and refine requirements
Develop and maintain application code based on business needs
Document functional and technical requirements
Write and maintain technical documentation
Implement unit tests to ensure code quality
Perform testing of developed features and functionality
Must have skills:
Proficient in reading and speaking German
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM features and extensibility options
Design and development experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM using C# and .NET
Hands-on involvement in full lifecycle implementations across various Dynamics CRM/365 versions
Proven experience in data integration and migration projects
In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform
Expertise with development frameworks such as MVC, Entity Framework, and Enterprise Library
Advanced experience with .NET Framework 4.5 and above, including .NET Core, .NET 9, WCF, Web API, FetchXML, and Power BI
Administration experience with Power Apps and Power Portal platforms
Experienced in Agile methodologies and implementation processes
