Embedded C++ Hardware/Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Embedded C++ Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining embedded systems for our cutting-edge drive and radio technology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop embedded software using C++ for microcontroller-based systems.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software and hardware components.
  • Develop and implement firmware for various embedded systems.
  • Debug and troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
  • Optimize system performance and memory usage.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in embedded software development using C++.
  • Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and embedded development tools.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Business fluent in German

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with wireless communication technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Zigbee).
  • Knowledge of signal processing and control systems.
  • Experience with low-power design and battery-operated systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
