Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced EPM Specialist with a strong background in Tax Reporting to join a dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions tailored to tax reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tax Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams to define and deliver EPM solutions tailored to tax reporting needs, ensuring compliance with local and global tax regulations.
• System Implementation & Optimization: Lead and support the setup, configuration, and optimization of EPM platforms.
• Data Integration & Management: Ensure seamless integration between EPM tools and other enterprise systems to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial and tax data.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements in tax reporting workflows using EPM solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective, efficient EPM solutions for tax reporting.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, resolving any issues related to the EPM system and tax reporting functionalities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain reports that provide insights into tax performance and support decision-making processes.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), ideally with a focus on Tax Reporting.
• Strong experience with EPM tools (e.g., Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar).
• Familiarity with financial systems and tax reporting standards.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into EPM system functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
