ERP Operations manager plays a key role in our global ERP rollout strategy via developing, managing and maintaining related systems, processes and people. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the ERP systems, including monitoring, code deployments, release management, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, security and expected to be hands on in this work area. This role will solely be responsible for making sure that the ERP environments are up and running with 99.99% uptime. You will be responsible for managing our cloud and on-premise environments that hosts enterprise ERPs and make sure stays uptodate with updates and code. In this role, you will drive operational excellence by implementing and managing global processes and Operations standards across the business. This role will be responsible for defining and managing key KPI for operations. In this role, you will design, implement and execute ITSM processes related to operations and change management across your team and global team. You will also be responsible of managing 24x7 ERP production support process as well as resources and champion the best practices in this area. This position will lead a small team of Ops and Support engineers and work in a matrix environment to provide technical and functional support to ERP users in a 24X7 global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Owner of global ERP operations processes including designing/implementing and maintaining required systems and related activities.
Strong hands on experience in AX2012/D365 F&O is preferred
Responsible for day-to-day operations related to ERP systems in a 24X7 environment.
Manage regional admins to ensure proper guidelines are followed and manage ERP uptime, patching and system administration
Own the timely and issue free delivery of ERP deployments
Working with different stakeholders, create and communicate precise deployment plans
Act as DevOps admin to define the structure, process and reporting for existing and new projects.
Work with Dev and Business Analyst team to ensure code releases are smooth and issue free
Be an ITSM lead in areas of change management, audit controls and release management.
Manage global team of engineers, support and security admins to provide robust ERP platform
Work with cross functional team of Cloud services and Security to deliver the solutions needed
Provide SLAs for support tickets of ERP systems via managing team of Ops Support members and cross functional teams of ERP
Generate month end KPI and reports needed for C level reporting
