Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled FCCS Architect with deep expertise and understanding of the banking sector. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) solutions, specifically tailored to the unique needs of the banking industry. This is a high-impact role where you will have the opportunity to drive key financial transformation projects for a prestigious organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of FCCS solutions, ensuring they meet the specific needs of the banking sector and support financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Implementation & Optimization: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of FCCS tools, aligning them with business requirements and industry standards.
• Customization & Integration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and customize the FCCS solution accordingly. Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems, including ERP and financial management tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business units, to deliver solutions that enhance financial processes and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, ensuring greater efficiency and accuracy in the financial consolidation and close processes.
• Training & Support: Provide training to internal teams and offer ongoing support to ensure the successful use and adoption of FCCS systems.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the system is compliant with relevant financial regulations, particularly those applicable to the banking industry.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as an FCCS Architect, with expertise in implementing and optimizing FCCS solutions.
• Strong understanding of the banking industry, including specific financial reporting and consolidation requirements.
• Experience with Oracle FCCS or similar financial consolidation tools.
• Knowledge of financial processes, consolidation, and reporting within banking.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to integrate FCCS with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
