Finance Planning and Control

Interacting with accounting for financial month closing activities while conducting regular FP&A processes such as GL research and variance analysis vs budget/prior year/forecast
Prepare and submit Group Reporting
Drive the annual budget process and support on the preparation of critical monthly forecast meetings and quarterly business progress meetings
Business KPI´s co-pilot for CFO and GM, identifies trends and translates data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Overall Business contribution for our P&L shape, responsible to monitor and highlight main changes and to proactively suggest for business improvements.
Economic and financial analyses (P&L/Balance Sheet/Cash flow), Business Case evaluations for new shop openings/refurbishments and ad hoc projects
Close collaboration with Sales Director and Marketing Director for business tracking, detecting risks and opportunities and challenging the position of our financial and economic performance
Support the implementation of the new IT system from a finance perspective
