The Role:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our customer-facing and product-development efforts. You’ll work closely with our clients, product teams, and engineers to deliver robust, scalable solutions. From generating technical architectures and product features to implementing full-scale integrations, you’ll take full ownership of complex, high-impact challenges. This is a hands-on role where creativity, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset are key to success.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with customers to design and implement customized integrations of our AI voice platform.
  • Develop and optimize Python-based solutions to support scalable, real-time AI services.
  • Brainstorm and prototype new product features, working alongside the product and engineering teams.
  • Design and implement technical architectures for high-impact solutions, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, delivering swift and effective solutions.
  • Serve as a bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless delivery of technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform by gathering insights from deployment experiences.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Python with experience building robust, scalable applications.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and real-time processing systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Comfort working in dynamic environments with evolving requirements.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset:
  • Experience collaborating with customers to deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Background in AI/ML or conversational interfaces is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering role.
