Founding Engineer – AI-Powered Solutions

As a Founding Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and scaling an AI-driven lead management platform. You’ll work closely with leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders to design and implement robust, scalable solutions that drive business growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of core technical decisions, influence product strategy, and help shape the engineering culture of a fast-growing startup.

In this role, you’ll build and optimize products, manage key integrations, and mentor team members while collaborating with internal and external partners. Your expertise in software engineering, system architecture, and cloud technologies will be instrumental in driving success.

This hybrid position requires 2-4 days per week in our NYC office, offering a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your work has a direct impact.

Qualifications

• 2 - 6 years of experience in software engineering, specializing in backend-heavy systems in fast-paced startups or startup-like environments.

Compensation

• Salary: $160k - $190k
• Equity: Competitive

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid role in NYC – 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday)
