Position Overview:
They are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript to help build and scale our AI-powered platform. As part of a dynamic and collaborative engineering team, you will play a key role in developing new features, improving existing systems, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, product managers, and designers, to develop scalable solutions.
• Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end and back-end operations.
• Work closely with the AI/ML team to integrate machine learning models into the platform.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code while following best practices.
• Ensure security, performance, and responsiveness of the application.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve platform performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript features.
• Experience with back-end frameworks (e.g., Express.js) and building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Experience working with AI/ML-driven applications is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with serverless architectures or microservices.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge of workforce management, HR tech, or related industries.
