We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant to provide expertise on a day-rate basis. This role requires a deep understanding of Fusion ERP Core Finance and application functionality, with a focus on integrations and improving payment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and provide tailored guidance to enhance the client’s capabilities.

Key Details:

• Role Type: Part-time consultancy, with a commitment of at least two days per month.
• Start Date: Mid-February.
• Location: Remote with occasional travel for in-person workshops (must be French-speaking).

Responsibilities:

1. Functional Expertise:
2. Provide functional guidance on Oracle Fusion ERP Core Finance modules.
3. Upskill the client on specific functionalities, including 45-day payment processes within Oracle.
4. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of how the application functions to tackle existing challenges.
6. Facilitate workshops (remote and onsite) to address specific issues and provide actionable solutions.
7. Offer half-day and full-day sessions to upskill and resolve critical pain points.

8. Problem Solving:
9. Identify and resolve issues that seem “impossible” by reframing the approach and applying advanced expertise.
10. Work collaboratively with internal and external support teams to optimize solutions.
11. Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically in Core Finance functionality.
12. Functional, rather than technical, focus with the ability to explain and implement solutions effectively.
13. Fluent French speaker, with the ability to conduct workshops in French.
14. Availability to travel for onsite workshops as needed.
15. Collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside other support teams.
