Position Title: Head of HR Organisation and Transformation

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an HR Transformation and SAP Operations Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving HR transformation initiatives, including the digitalization of HR processes for our 30,000+ employees, transitioning HR reporting into HR Analytics, and promoting a broader perspective within the HR organization. Additionally, this role will involve leading SAP Operations, overseeing developments, and implementing operational excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives to digitalize HR processes for a large employee base.
  • Transition HR reporting into HR Analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster a broader perspective within the HR organization to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Oversee SAP Operations, including developments and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Manage HR services to ensure efficient delivery and support of HR functions.
  • Utilize people analytics to derive insights and inform strategic HR decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign HR processes for improved effectiveness.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives to optimize HR performance and capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR transformation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Strong background in SAP Operations and HRIS management.
  • Expertise in people analytics and utilizing data for strategic HR decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process redesign and organizational effectiveness efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement.
