Next Ventures are looking for multiple ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead and drive technical excellence in a leading Global HRSD implantation program of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of HRSD solutions tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end technical implementation of HRSD modules.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices in development and configuration.
• Guide the team on complex system integrations and data flow designs.
• Address technical challenges and support complex customizations.
• Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing HRSD solutions.
• Deep knowledge of HRSD modules, system integrations, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
