Job Responsibilities:

Project and Enhancement Work: Engage in a combination of project work, enhancement activities, and ongoing application support.
End-to-End Involvement: Participate in requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support, specifically for the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
ServiceNow HRSM Development: Focus on developing solutions within the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform, exclusively within the HR Service Management (HRSM) scoped application, not including ITSM.
Key Functional Areas: Work will involve Knowledge Base (KB) management, Case Management, custom form creation, custom workflow design, and integration development and support.
Application and Workflow Configuration: Responsible for overseeing application and workflow configurations.
Iterative Support: Support the iterative configuration and optimization of the HRSD application.
