Next Ventures is partnered with a Dutch Bank who is currently launching a new Secret Management Programme in response to regulatory requirements such as DORA. The programme involves rolling out a machine-to-machine authentication solution, ensuring credentials are managed securely.
As part of this rollout, they are seeking a proactive and technically-minded coordinator to lead the internal adoption of a self-service secret management tool.
Programme Coordination: Act as the central point of contact to support the rollout of secret management tools across multiple development teams.
Rollout Communication: Ensure that all development teams understand how to adopt the new tooling through clear, ongoing communication and collaboration.
Integration Support: Assist teams in integrating with the machine-to-machine authentication platform, starting with the most critical accounts.
Liaison with Vendor: Work alongside the vendor to schedule and coordinate training (training will be delivered by the vendor).
Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with both technical teams and policy stakeholders to align efforts and ensure successful adoption.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement ways to drive adoption, improve tooling rollout, and expand the programme over time.
Technical Experience: Solid understanding of secret management, machine-to-machine authentication, or similar identity/access management domains.
Hands-On Background: Experience having implemented or worked on related projects – understanding what developers need to do to successfully adopt such solutions.
Project Coordination Skills: Strong organisational and project management ability; able to coordinate parallel streams of work across multiple teams.
Proactive & Self-Driven: Comfortable taking ownership and making progress independently within a lean structure.
Strong Communicator: Able to clearly convey technical processes in a developer-friendly manner, and keep stakeholders informed.
Collaborative Mindset: Works well across departments, including technical teams, policy leads, and third-party vendors.
There is significant growth potential within the programme – this is an opportunity to take ownership and shape a critical security capability from the ground up.
The organisation values initiative, autonomy, and clarity of communication.
