IAM Scrum Master

IAM Scrum Master - 1+ year extendable contract - Brussels (remote)

I'm working with a Belgian Bank who is hiring a Scrum Master for the IDAM team within the CISO office. This will be an initial 1 year contract with extension, and flexibility around remote working.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage the delivery activities from an E2E perspective and report on progress
  • Secure deliveries according to the priorities
  • Fix risks and issues
  • Manage the stakeholders
  • Guide and organize the team using Agile / Scrum best practices
  • Help to facilitate Scrum ceremonies including quarterly sprint planning
For UK based candidates please note this role would be INSIDE IR35.
