Next Ventures is partnered with a global Technology client who is hiring an IAM Security & Risk Management Consultant on a 1+ year contracting basis. You will help to shape secure and compliant Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices in a fast-paced global environment.

This role is 40 hours per week, with 3 days working onsite in the Eindhoven office. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IAM policies, frameworks, and procedures.
• Enhance awareness of IAM risks and opportunities across the organization.
• Manage stakeholder alignment on IAM risk management roadmaps.
• Lead and prioritize IAM risk management initiatives.
• Provide guidance to address gaps in IAM processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience, with 4+ years in security, IT auditing, or IAM.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and IAM compliance standards.
• Agile/SAFe framework experience is a plus.

Skills:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
