IAM Specialist - Arnhem - 18+ month contract

Next Ventures is partnered with a global leader in the Energy sector who is hiring an IAM Specialist on a 18+ month contract. 

The client is undergoing a major IT transformation to build a robust, flexible, and secure IT landscape. As an IAM Specialist, you will play a key role in the IAM Program, focusing on implementing and optimizing SailPoint ISC to enhance access and rights management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an IAM process and improvement plan.
• Establish efficient and secure access and rights management processes.
• Design and execute a service delivery transition plan within IAM.
• Lead the migration of the IAM system, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Deliver comprehensive functional and technical IAM documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a hands-on approach.
• Extensive experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation, particularly with SailPoint ISC.
• Strong technical expertise in authentication, authorization, and rights management.
• Knowledge of modern IAM technologies (e.g., Multi-Factor Authentication, Single Sign-On, Identity Governance).
• Proven experience in IAM process improvement and enterprise IAM architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP landscapes and SaaS solutions is a plus.
