ICT Project Engineer Senior ITSM
Initial Situation: The real estate operations of LBA will use ServiceNow to manage and control service management processes and building technology/plant components as new management levels are established on the NDP.
Task: Define and implement ServiceNow for the future operation of real estate (newly developed service management). This challenge requires in-depth knowledge of IT service management solutions as well as specialized expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
Developed CMDB for Domotic Devices and ICT
The Configuration Management Database (CMDB) serves as the central tool for managing assets and configuration items (CIs) for both building technology systems and ICT components.
The goal of CMDB development is to define and implement the optimal management of system parameters and IT components.

ServiceNow Specialist – Long-Term Contract (Full-Time Freelance)
Location: Bern, Switzerland (Initially 3 days per week on-site, then flexible)
We are looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to support the development of service management processes for building and plant technology within a real estate operations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Management Implementation: Define and configure ServiceNow for the future operation of real estate service management.
- CMDB Development: Establish a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for domotic devices and ICT components, ensuring optimal management of system parameters and IT assets.
- Process Optimization: Align ServiceNow implementation with IT service management best practices and business needs.
- Strong IT service management (ITSM) experience.
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and deployment.
- Experience with CMDB development for both building technology and ICT assets.
- Ability to define and implement efficient service management solutions.
