🚀 Hiring: Project Leader – Workplace Rollout 🚀
Are you an experienced Project Leader with a talent for managing large-scale rollouts? We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to lead a high-impact workplace transition involving 5,500 workplaces within four months in a complex administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and execute a comprehensive rollout strategy, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and phased implementation. ✅ Collaborate with IT teams and key stakeholders to identify and address critical blockers. ✅ Oversee the deployment of IT solutions, ensuring readiness before rollout. ✅ Drive adoption through communication and support strategies, maximizing workplace acceptance. ✅ Ensure efficient time management and regular reporting on progress, risks, and necessary adjustments.
Candidate Requirements
📌 Fluent Dutch speaker (Dutch CVs only). 📌 HBO Master or WO education in Information Management, Digital Transformation, or Supply Chain Compliance & Customs. 📌 3+ years experience in large-scale IT implementations & rollout projects under tight deadlines. 📌 Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience as an Epic Owner on digitalization initiatives. 📌 Strong expertise in IT systems development, IV standards, architecture, information security, and service management. 📌 Previous experience in complex environments, ideally government-related (3+ years). 📌 Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, able to understand impact and provide strategic advice across different levels.
