• Closely working with multiple teams and departments, as well as service providers to ensure that the interface functions smoothly.
• Responsibility for monitoring and resolving issues, training users, improving processes and supporting the introduction of new interfaces.
• Supporting the product managers and developers in the conception and development of modern web services (ERP, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 21, ECM/DMS and 3rd party applications).
• You will be the central point of contact for technical questions regarding your domain.
• Modernisation of legacy applications (OnPremise) and their migration to the Cloud (MS Azure/SAAS).
• Contribution of your own ideas and creativity to implement what has been developed within the team.
• Monitoring existing interfaces for quality assurance.

• Completion of a university degree in Business informatics, computer science or a comparable course
• Strong knowledge of interface processes and functionalities alongside conducting tests and implementing new interfaces.
• Existing experience and contact with developing common interface technologies; (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP) alongside Postman, Swagger, Jira and Confluence tools
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable manner alongside working in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Previous experience with Azure, SAAS as well as OnPremise
• Familiarity with DMS solutions and IT SOX compliance guideline
