IT Service Catalogue Manager – 12 months contract – MUST BE EU BASED – Contract – ITIL (V3 or V4)
Next Ventures seeks an experienced IT Service Catalogue Manager for its project based in Germany. This is a long term contract and a Hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and document a comprehensive list of IT services offered by the organization; Collect feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance the quality-of-service information;
• Categorize and structure services in a logical and user-friendly manner;
• Work with service owners and stakeholders to clearly define each service in terms of scope, features, and service levels; Generate and analyse reports on service usage, trends, and performance.
• Document service descriptions, including service dependencies and relationships;
• Communicate the availability and details of IT services to relevant stakeholders; Integrate the service catalogue with other ITSM processes;
• Integrate SLAs and service level targets into the service catalogue for each service;
• Update the service catalogue to reflect changes in service availability.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an IT Release Manager or 5 years of professional experience as a Software Tester applying ITIL (V3 or V4);
• Certified in a ITIL V4 Release Management.
• Experience using ServiceNow software;
• Experience using SAFe agile method is desirable.
