IT Service Manager

Summary Description: This role involves analyzing the existing Demand Management process and identifying deviations from the standard ITIL (Request Fulfillment) process with the aim of eliminating these deviations and returning to the standard.
The action plan must be developed to achieve the change, including the migration of existing data to the standard process.

Role Type: Contract

Start Date: ASAP 

Rate: €600 / €650

Location/Language: Brussels, Belgium / French or Dutch Fluent + English

 Requirements Description:
- Experience in Process Analysis & Implementation according to ITIL
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle 
- Experience in BPMN
- Proven experience in ITIL Environment 
- ITIL Certified
