2nd Line Support Operator - 6+ month contract - Luxembourg

Next Ventures is partnered with a well-known Bank in Luxembourg who is hiring a 2nd Line Support Operator on a contract basis.

This contract will be 6+ months extendable, with the opportunity to extend up to 4 years!

You will work 5 days onsite for the first 1 month, then 3 days onsite after that.

You will be responsible for assessing antivirus reports and creating tickets using ServiceNow. You will either manage and close the ticket yourself, or pass this onto the 3rd Line team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• IT Support experience
• Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Fluent French language skills
