IT Support Consultant 12 months rolling Geneva and Lausanne
Person needs to attend 2 days in Geneva office & 2 days in Lausanne office... every week... so person from Geneva or lausanne would be preferable. And Swiss/German language is required.
The ideal candidate should have experience in
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability by end users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for windows workstations and mobility support/management
• Should have practitioner level knowledge in SCCM 2012 and O365
• Should be proficient command languages for remotely installing and managing the applications
• Repair or replace damaged hardware like laptops/desktops/iPad
• Upgrade the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers as per client standards
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software on the computer to ensure security standards are met as defined by client
. Basic network L1 skills. Mounting and unmounting network devices, support power shut down activities, interact with support team and vendors
• Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware for windows
• Provide support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting/ticket management skills
• Establish good rapport with all departments and colleagues
• Conduct daily ticket/queue management
• Manage Inventory – Create Forecast for the upcoming months and order the hardware based on the requirements
• Shipment Tracking – Tracking vendor shipment tracking for the orders placed
