Your Role:
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions. Working across the stack, you'll build highly scalable backend systems with Java/Kotlin and craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular/React.  

What You’ll Do: 
- Build and maintain high-performance applications using the latest web and cloud technologies.  
- Analyze requirements, plan agile sprints, and deliver secure, resilient solutions.  
- Mentor and lead the other developers.
- Identify and fix bugs to enhance application quality.  
- Expand monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues early.

What We’re Looking For: 
- Proven experience in full stack development with Java/Kotlin and Angular/React.  
- Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher).  
- Strong understanding of agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding.
